ABSTRACT
Objective@#To study the influence of allopurinol and febuxostat on IL-1β and NALP3 levels and liver and kidney function in gout patients with hyperuricemia.@*Methods@#A total of 108 patients with stable gout accompanied by hyperuricemia were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table, with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given allopurinol 100mg/time, orally, 3 times/d.The observation group was given febuxostat 40mg/time, orally, 1 time/d.The two groups were treated 4 weeks for 1 course, continuous treatment for 6 courses.The contents of serum IL-1β and NALP3, and renal function[creatinine(Scr), urea nitrogen(BUN), glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and uric acid(UA)], liver function[alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)]of the two groups were detected, and the adverse reaction of the two groups were observed.@*Results@#After treatment, the contents of serum IL-1β and NALP3 of the observation group decreased gradually, which were lower than those of the control group(t=1.910, 2.196, 4.954, 1.732, 5.944, 7.935, all P<0.05). After treatment, the blood UA of the two groups decreased significantly, the blood UA of the observation group was lower than the control group(t=9.772, P<0.05). The other kidney function indicators had no statistically significant differences between the two groups (t=0.082, 0.923, 1.395, all P>0.05). The liver function indicators of the two groups had no statistically significant differences(t=0.860, 0.563, all P>0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.77%, which was lower than 20.75% in the control group(χ2=5.101, P=0.024).@*Conclusion@#Febuxostat in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia can effectively reduce the level of serum UA, and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors such as IL-1β and NALP3, with high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To study the effect of circumferential fibrotomy assisted periodontitis orthodontic depression on the prognosis of periodontitis .Methods 70 patients with crescent periodontitis were selected as study objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table ,35 cases in each group.The conventional group did not received circumferential fibrotomy auxiliary the treatment , and was only given periodontal treatment.The circumferential fibrotomy group received circumferential fibrotomy assisted periodontitis with orthodontic treatment.Patients with half a year relapse rate,the masticatory efficiency,tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β),the crown root ratio,alveolar bone absorption ratio,the bone and tooth alveolar crest distance between the two groups were compared .Results The half a year relapse rate in the circumferential fibrotomy group was lower than that of the conventional group (5.71％vs.22.86％,χ2 =4.200,P<0.05).Before treatment, the crown root ratio,alveolar bone absorption ratio ,bone and alveolar crest distance between the two groups had no statistically significant differences (t=0.422,0.771,0.914,1.031,all P>0.05).After treatment,the crown root ratio,alveolar bone absorption ratio ,alveolar bone and alveolar crest in the circumferential fibrotomy group decreased more significantly,the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group (t=6.255,6.024, 7.025,7.355,all P<0.05).Before treatment,the masticatory efficiency,TNF-α,IL-1βbetween the two groups had no statistically significant differences (t=0.155,0.544,0.343,all P>0.05).After treatment,the masticatory efficiency of the circumferential fibrotomy group was higher than that of the control group ,the TNF-α,IL-1βlevels were lower than those of the control group (t =6.266,4.924,5.025,all P<0.05).Conclusion Circumferential fibrotomy assisted periodontitis orthodontic depression has effect on the prognosis of periodontitis ,which can effectively improve the periodontal health ,reduce the release of inflammatory factors ,promote the recovery of alveolar bone height and improve the masticatory function.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the utilization of sedative hypnotics in outpatient prescriptions of our hospital. METHODS: In Mar. 2008, 1 317 prescriptions of sedative-hypnotics randomly selected from total 49 791 outpatient prescriptions were analyzed regarding the rationality of the utilization of top 5 drugs on the list of DDDs. RESULTS: The top 5 sedative hypnotics on the DDDs list were Alprazolam tablets, Estazolam tablets, Lorazepam, Zolpidem tablets (Stilnox) and Clonazepam tablets, and their DUIs were 0.54, 0.73, 0.19, 0.81 and 0.53, respectively. CONCLUSION: The dosages of sedative hypnotics in our hospital were basically reasonable and in conformity with the indications listed in package inserts.

The change of hemodynamics and hemorrheology induced by hypoxia challenge in the dog were investigated. The results showed that hypoxia caused significant decrease of cardiac output,increased pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance. Hypoxia also caused increase of blood viscosity. In terms of changes of the reduced viscosity is directly related to the deformation and agglutination properties of red blood cells.
